Strength & Stability Yoga for Dancers & Athletes

Additional training and conditioning is vital for the success of dancers and athletes. Yoga is a practice many use to help find strength, stability, flexibility and balance in their bodies. My focus is to help make yoga available to those seeking it to improve performance and create a more strong, stable and balanced body. Yoga is one tool no dancer should be without.

Yoga can create:

This dynamic yoga practice intuitively blends primal movement with cardio bursts and vibration to tone the body - physical, emotional + spiritual. We utilize the Spiral Structure Technique® to facilitate release + toning of the body. Through tribal dance, dynamic asana and cardio sprints, students breakdown the emotional barriers that hold them back from achieving selflove and true human connection. Class is 60 minutes
