Begin with learning about your chakra energy, what they mean to your well-being, moving on meditation, movement (yoga) and end in savasana.
We will begin with chakra meditation. Focusing on each of the seven main chakras. Then talking and journal how you felt and what you experienced with each chakra. You may discover emotions, or more intimately, YOU!
We will then go through either a strong yoga flow or restorative yoga flow, based upon what is the need of group.
End with breath connection and savasana.
